Mourino
Mili Mourino has significant experience in sales and, due to her dual American-Mexican citizenship, has knowledge of both markets, which has enabled her to lead several major organizations, accomplishing deep transformations. As sales vice-president, she built and expanded various businesses toward 15 countries in Latin America, the United States and Mexico.
Her vision has allowed her to define an integral plan to establish several businesses in each country and personally oversee the expansion of their operations.
Mili knows how to take a company’s success to other markets. She analyzes and defines the steps that must be followed by establishing sales and marketing goals. Leveraging her experience, she advises and steers companies toward healthy finances, closing new contracts and sales while staying aligned with the goals and objectives set by the organizations, maintaining the expected growth.
Currently, as CEO of MIM and its service platforms Elite Business Advisor and Better With Mim, she supports the establishment of “HEALTHY BUSINESSES.” Under this premise, Mili provides companies and entrepreneurs with advice for building and growing not only their businesses, but also their teams, fostering a balance between the professional personal aspects, which drives productivity and motivation, impacting profits and long-term success.
